Utsavam, The Kerala Arts Festival to conclude on 19 January 2014. The festival organised by kerala Tourism Department is aimed to promote the folk, ritual and traditional art forms of Kerala. Lecture and demonstartion by performers on their art forms helps the common people to know and experience more on the culture of Kerala. the festival is conducted in 14 districts of the state.
