The 3rd North American Odissi
Convention on 01 June 2014 at
Houston, TX. The event will showcase performances on Odissi, Kathak,
Bharatanatyam and Mohiniyattam. Odissi performance by Guru Ratikant Mohapatra,
Bharatanatyam by Dr. Janaki Rangarajan and Kathak by Smt. Sudeshna Maulik will be highlights of the festival.The dance
schools – Anjali Centre for Performing Arts, Avanthika Academy of Odissi Dance,
Kalabhavan, Kalaangan, Guru Shraddha, IICPD, and Sunanda’s Performing Arts
centre will participate in the festival.
The convention is conducted at Sur
Auditorium, Schiller Rd, Houston, TX
